San Diego Paranormal Investigation Tours and Ghost Hunting is the investigation and education arm of Haunted San Diego Ghost Tours – San Diego’s highest-rated ghost tour company. While the main competitors in this space are massive, multi-city corporate operations, this is a passionate local operation run by history buffs who got into this because they love San Diego’s dark side and the rush of exploring it.

We run real paranormal investigations at some of the most historically significant and reportedly haunted locations in the city: Old Town, Heritage Park, El Campo Santo Cemetery, the Davis-Horton House, Villa Montezuma, and locations most visitors never hear about.

San Diego is considered by many to be the "Most Haunted City in the West", and we are here to investigate why.

What We Do

We teach people how to investigate the paranormal responsibly. That means understanding the history of a location before you walk in with equipment. It means knowing what an EMF reader actually measures, and what it doesn’t. It means treating every site, and every reported experience, with respect.

Our content covers ghost-hunting tools and field methods, San Diego’s haunted history from the Spanish colonial era through Prohibition, evidence documentation and review, and the stories behind locations that have generated decades of reported activity.

Who We Are

Haunted San Diego Ghost Tours has been entertaining guests for over 18 years. The team got into this because they are history buffs who love exploring the supernatural side of their hometown. The dedication to quality storytelling is real – it takes around 4 months to train a single tour host. That is why the company has been named San Diego’s “Best Dark History Tour” and “Best Ghost Tour.”

This site is where the investigation side lives – the deeper digs, the field techniques, the places that don’t make it onto the standard tour route yet.

What We Are Looking For
